Rainy afternoon, one deck, nobody around? This little green booklet has quick rules for five of the best solitaire games, so you never have to remember how Pyramid goes.

It's a little booklet just under the size of a playing card, so it slips inside an empty card box — or right alongside your deck. Each game gets a short page of quick rules: setup, what to do on your turn, and how to win. No phone, no arguments.

What makes it good

  • Klondike. The classic: build down in alternating colors and send every suit home from Ace to King.
  • FreeCell. Every card dealt face up and four free cells to work with — almost every deal can be won.
  • Spider. Two decks, ten columns: build King-to-Ace runs in one suit to clear them away.
  • Pyramid. Clear the pyramid by pairing cards that add up to 13.
  • Golf. Play cards one higher or lower than the waste pile and clear all seven columns.

Will it fit in my deck box?

Yes — it's sized to slip inside a standard poker-size card box. Most people keep it in an empty box, or tuck it in with a deck that has room to spare.

Is it the same as the rules on the website?

It's the short version. The booklet has the quick rules to get a game going; the full guides, variations and strategy are here on the site.

Is there a booklet for other games?

Right now there are two: Solitaire and Two-Player. More are planned as the rulebook grows.

How much is shipping?

Each booklet is $9.98. Sales tax and shipping are added at checkout based on where you live.
